I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel I can't do it, you are rude, or I am uncomfortable with you/what you are asking.

Ill/rude behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Please provide clear references and details. If your reference is shaded, or I cannot make out what you want, I may refuse the commission.

If your character has small, easy-to-miss details please inform me as I do not have good eyesight and may potentially miss something. I will still do my best not to miss anything though.

I will always send WIP (Work In Progress) images unless requested not to, and do require confirmation before I will continue. I will not continue work after sending a WIP until I have your approval.

Completion time varies but I try to aim for completion in under a month. In the case I cannot complete the work in this time frame it may extend to up to 2 months or more. You're welcome to request a refund at any point if you feel I'm taking too long.

Please keep in mind that the way I work is entirely interest based. If I lose interest in the middle of a piece, the chances of it taking an insane amount of time to finish is high (I can't force myself to finish something).

At any point after line art is finished small changes can be made free of charge but larger changes may come at a small fee (Large changes are things like adding/removing clothes, redrawing part of a pose, etc.).

Changes cannot be made after you have approved completion of the art.

Commissions must be paid upfront and in full in order for me to start.

If you have commissioned me in the past you may request to pay after I have done a sketch (or line edits if I'm using any sort of base).

I only accept USD (United States Dollar) through PayPal or CashApp.

If you file a chargeback you will be publicly blacklisted and the art made for you can be reused/reworked by me for any reason I see fit.

Please note that I have the right to cancel and refund you at any time.

Refunds can be made for a variety of reasons (For example you can change your mind, wait time is too long, there is an emergency, etc.).

The amount refunded is based on what stage of completion the art is in and how much the commission was (Once coloring/shading is started refunds are not applicable). I'm not good with percentages but I may keep anywhere from 10-50% (10% starting with a sketch & 50% for color of a shaded piece) depending on the type and stage of the piece, and anything not started will be refunded in full.

I hold the right to use the art made for you to promote my work and/or post/display on any of my social media (If you want the piece kept private please let me know and I will absolutely do so).

You hold the right to post the art with credit to me, make minor edits like adding filters, claim creation of the character within the piece (Customs are excluded from this), and add the value of the art to your character's worth.

You cannot remove my watermark/signature, take credit for the creation of the art, make heavy edits, or use it for profit/to promote your own work. Doing so will grant you a warning/possible blacklisting.

If you would like to use the art for commercial purposes or to gain profit you will have to purchase the rights to do so (This can be discussed at any time however I hold the right to decline).

Even if you have purchased commercial rights you are still to credit me for the creation of the art itself.
